WHAT DO YOU NEED TO RENT A PRINTX MAILBOX?
Complete USPS form 1583 and sign PrintX Office Private Mail Box Rental Agreement. Two types of identification are required. One must contain a photograph of the addressee(s). Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are unacceptable as identification. The agent must write in identifying information subject to verification. Acceptable identification includes:

| e. Current lease, Mortgage or Deed of Trust | |

| A photocopy of your identification may be retained by the PrintX representative when you open your private mailbox, as per USPS requirements. | |
SERVICES FOR REMOTE AND GLOBAL CUSTOMERS:
If you are not a local resident and are interested in having a virtual office and actual mailing address in California, PrintX can help. Global clients are welcome to use our services. Same terms and conditions apply to international customers as domestic customers. Minimum billing period is 3 months for remote customers.
For our remote domestic or overseas customers we provide a remote private mail box with mail and package forwarding service. What we offer you is a California presence, where you can receive your personal or business mail and packages from all carriers (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL). Q1. What is the difference between a Private Mailbox at PrintX Office and a PO Box at the post office?
A1. With a mailbox at PrintX Office, you get a real street address, not a P.O. Box number. If you’re a business owner, having a real street address as your mailbox can provide you with a professional image for your business. PrintX Office also offers many additional services that the post office does not. These services include acceptance of packages from all common carriers as well as Mail and Package arrival notification aimed to save your valuable time.
Q2. Can I send mail to my Mail Box and have it forwarded someplace else?
A2. Yes, We Forward Mail Anywhere for a nominal forwarding fees + postage charges using USPS Priority Mail unless you dictate otherwise.
